In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore how embodying presence—the ability to notice and be with your own body—can support your caregiving journey. Together, we’ll practice tuning inward to cultivate a more effective and connected outward presence. Through playful and grounding somatic exercises, we’ll explore emotional and physiological regulation and get curious about how to navigate moments of dysregulation.
