Deepen Your Practice: Workshops, Trainings & Groups
My workshops are experiential spaces designed to help you reconnect with your body, deepen your awareness, and cultivate more ease in your life and relationships. Rooted in somatic practice and incorporating a systems lens, these trainings explore themes of nervous system regulation, stress management, burnout prevention, and embodied safety.
I offer workshops for people seeking personal exploration, as well as training for professionals, caregivers, and community groups looking to integrate somatic practices into their work and lives. My specialties include:
Trauma and the Nervous System – Understanding and working with survival responses, cultivating a sense of “safe enough,” and building capacity for ease and connection.
Attachment and Relational Health – Exploring embodiment in caregiving, attunement in relationships, and the role of somatics in healing attachment wounds.
Embodiment for Beginners or Veterans – Learning how to listen to what’s happening from the neck down, and why it matters!
Being with Difficult Emotions – Supporting nervous system regulation and renegotiating the relationship between body and self.
Interested? See below for a menu of trainings to choose from and/or send me an inquiry and I will craft a training, therapy/support group, or treatment plan to meet your needs.
