What Is Somatic Snack Break?

Somatic Snack Break is a 30-minute, weekly guided space designed to help you step out of the day's hustle and gently reconnect with yourself. Through short somatic practices and simple reflections, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Slow down and notice what your body needs

  • Support your nervous system in finding more ease

  • Practice presence—no pressure, no prep, no fixing

This is a soft, low-barrier space where you don’t have to do anything “right.” Just show up as you are.

This offering is pay-what-you-can, with a suggested donation of $10.

No experience needed. This is a space to practice being with yourself, not to perform.

  • Something comfy to sit or lie on

  • Tea, water, or anything soothing

Cameras can be on or off—whatever feels best for your body.
